One shade is OK, the other is in poor condition. They could be used as examples for new ones, or copied / restored by a specialist ribbon shade maker (there are some online). Overall they are beautiful items that look very nice in use - characterfully aged, but not tatty. Please see photos, I have tried to show all angles. Plastic bulb holders (bayonet fitting) are present, these are of a later date than the lamps. The lamps still work, lighted images are shown. They do not have plugs, but modern ones could be fitted.
Due to their age, rewiring and PAT testing is advised. They are medium sized, see coke can (not supplied) for scale. Height: 35 cm / 14 in.
Base widest width: 15 cm / 6 in. Shade height: 11 cm / 4.5 in. Shade widest diameter: 15 cm / 6 in.
